What are feminists actually fighting for?

It has been publicised time and time again that the gender pay gap is about 20%. Upon a quick google search, one of the first results to appear states in capital letters that “IN 2020, WOMEN EARN 81 CENTS FOR EVERY DOLLAR EARNED BY MEN”.
