Apple Products not as Inspiring Anymore

At least not according to Tesla Design chief Franz von Holzhausen. In a recent podcast interview with Spike Car Radio he says there is nothing more to look forward to when it comes to Apple design and how they only do a slight refinement on the same thing year after year.  

The criticising comments from von Holzhausen are not the first from Tesla executives with Elon Musk firing shots last July at their ecosystem and refusing to implement Apple CarPlay in their Tesla models. 

Inspiring design or not, Apple is seeing global revenue growing to record numbers with close to 370 billion US dollars in 2021 compared to 275 billion the previous year. It is also known that Apple is planning to release their own car, potentially already in 2025. 

If Tesla is afraid of losing future market shares and this is some kind of evil plan to proactively dismantle future competition, or if this is nothing more than honest criticism from one tech related company to another is up to you to decide. You can read more about the story here.
