Planning for a wedding with your significant other? Here’s why you should swap your boring flower bouquet with an onion bouquet.

When April Lyka Biorrey-Nobis, a 28-year-old bride from Bingawan, Iloilo City, saw a creative onion bouquet on social media, she decided to switch from the customary flower bouquet. She then told her groom about her fresh insight to which he immediately agreed.

April told the Iloilo Metropolitan Times of the Philippines that since flowers wilt and must eventually be thrown away, she might as well make her bouquet out of onions, which can be consumed after the wedding.
