Staying at home for too long? Now you can pay to stay in the “air”.

In the past few years, travelling has become one of the “essential” need for Singaporeans, whether it is just crossing the border to our neighbouring country, Malaysia during the weekend for good food, or travelling to Europe, Asia for a long getaway. However, due to the pandemic this year, travelling has been restricted for almost half a year. People can only travel from east to west, north to south within the little red dot. Or rather, people are just staying at home, “travelling” from the bedroom to living room or kitchen.

Now, instead of travelling on land within the little island, we can pay to fly around the little island, to fulfil people’s wish of physically boarding on an aeroplane. Singapore Airlines(SIA) is looking to launch no-destination flights that will depart from and land in Changi Airport also called” flights to nowhere”-by end-October. Will you pay for this “flights to nowhere”?
