An unwanted free topping in a woman’s sashimi bowl from Don Don Donki

After nearly finishing a bowl of kaisen don from Don Don Donki, a woman was horrified to find a parasitic worm, still alive and wriggling, on a piece of Sashimi in her meal. Being the first time she had experienced seeing this, she was rightfully disgusted.

However, a representative from the store has responded that parasites such as these are never completely avoidable when it comes to raw fish.
